Rhapsody: reducing costs, maximising comfort
Rhapsody is Telkonet’s second-generation, cloud-based Energy Management System platform.
Designed for the hospitality industry, it tracks energy savings room by room, monitors HVAC system performance in real time and provides actionable reports that help hotel teams identify, prioritise and proactively manage troubleshooting activities.
The platform allows each property to customise temperature settings according to room occupancy, seasonal conditions, summer or winter operation, and even building exposure.
Its open-system technology enables integration with existing communication protocols within the property, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Zigbee. This makes system installation and configuration simpler, faster and more efficient, helping reduce time, effort and overall implementation costs.

The Rhapsody mobile application is a valuable configuration and maintenance tool for installers working on site.
It has been designed to simplify the commissioning of in-room IoT devices, making installation more intuitive and easier to manage throughout the property.
Touch Combo: the intelligent thermostat
Touch Combo is both a controller and a user interface, combining Italian design with US technology.
Elegant and cost-effective, Touch Combo features a customisable button set that can be adapted to the needs of each property. Available button options include DND and MUR functions, together with standard thermostat controls such as °F/°C, On/Off, Heat/Cool and fan speed.
The device is wired and can manage both line-voltage and low-voltage loads, an essential feature for properties with different types of heating and cooling units.
Touch Combo can use Wi-Fi for network connection and Bluetooth for configuration and mobile control. Through BLE technology, it can also communicate with remote sensors, such as temperature and motion sensors, as well as smart locks. For the same purpose, Touch Combo is also available in a Zigbee version.
Touch Combo is equipped with a highly sensitive PIR occupancy sensor, calibrated to support optimal energy savings while maintaining a high level of guest comfort.
