Rhapsody allows access to a property’s EMS from anywhere in the world. It is available from any PC, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection. All Rhapsody updates, improvements, and new functionality are activated directly from Telkonet so that customers always benefit from a perfectly efficient system.
Rhapsody’s multi-site capability offers a view of all your sites on a single platform. Its graphics-based interface is user-friendly, with unique energy efficiency scoring capability, a high-level property overview and the option to drill down to details. Customized alarms and temperature ranges can be set based on property preferences, while responsive design adapts to the size of the display.

Data security

Integration Server
A network edge appliance, the Integration server is only required for Rhapsody integrations with PMS, BMS, door locks, or other third party devices or systems.
When the Integration Server is used, all Rhapsody devices will first communicate on a local network to the Integration Server.
The Integration server maintains a connection with the cloud to allow for reporting and control capabilities in the Rhapsody dashboard.
